Fees

In order to complete the registration process of Bioethics Summer Camp you must:

Register and pay the $125 fee (non-refundable; registration form coming soon) by April 15, 2008. Registration will be available by February 15th.
Order your party's meal plans ($250/adult and $120/child; refundable before April 15, 2008) by April 15, 2008.
Call the hotel and reserve your room under the Bioethics Summer Camp block. The block will be available for reservation on February 15, 2008 ($139 per night; all refunds/cancellations must be negotiated directly with the hotel). When you call, ask for a room in the block called BIOSC, or simply ask for it by name: Bioethics Summer Camp.

Register and pay for the organized activities in which you wish to participate by March 15, 2008 (refundable before April 15, 2008).

We will send out a notification concerning the sessions by April 30, 2008.

Please note: Hotel and conference registrations are separate. You will need to contact the Hilton Sonoma Wine Country to make lodging reservations.
